Bounty is a booking service for stays, experiences and services. We connect guests with partners and are responsible for the platform: search, booking, messaging, settlements and support. Responsibilities. The partner is responsible for the listing itself: description, photos, availability, condition and check-in. Bounty is responsible for the platform and for keeping a confirmed booking valid. Booking. A booking is confirmed once the partner confirms it or instant booking applies. An unanswered request expires in 24 hours and the dates are released. Cancellation. Refund terms follow the listing cancellation policy, shown before booking. A cancellation by the partner refunds the guest in full. Reviews. Reviews from both sides are revealed at the same time: after the second review or after 14 days. This is a preliminary document and will be replaced by a lawyer's version.
